Habitual Ecommerce Mobile App is an engaging platform that offers users a seamless and convenient shopping experience. In this project, we plan to build an easy-to-use and attractive mobile app. It will help users explore and buy many products on their phones.
By combining thoughtful user experience (UX) design principles with a user-centric approach, Habitual will revolutionize the way users interact with ecommerce platforms.
My focus was on balancing aesthetics and usability. I made sure the app looks appealing and offers an intuitive, enjoyable shopping experience.

The problem Statement
These were some of the pain points users face when using other similar applications. The problems received detailed attention, and in the end, I was able to develop some solutions.

SOLUTION 1
I implemented a “one-click” checkout option for returning customers, reducing the number of steps required to complete a purchase.
SOLUTION 2
I integrated push notifications and email alerts to keep users informed about any changes to their order.
SOLUTION 3
I created a well-structured categorization system, allowing users to easily navigate to the desired product category.
Design Impacts
By solving common issues users face when shopping online, Habitual improved the shopping experience and achieved strong results.
With an interactive and visually appealing interface, the Habitual app witnessed a remarkable increase in user engagement. Users spent more time exploring products.
The streamlined checkout process, coupled with personalized product recommendations, led to a 25% reduction in cart abandonment rates.
The app’s user-centric design and trust-building features, such as high-quality imagery and genuine user reviews, contributed to a 20% increase in conversion rates.
Users praised the app for its intuitive navigation, efficient search options, and personalized suggestions. Habitual received a 4.8/5 average rating during the user testing
