Start with the real problem.

Before I draw the answer, I get clear on the job, the constraints, and what actually needs to change.

Design the whole journey.

I think through the whole journey: roles, handoffs, states, and the moments where people lose their place.

Create a system the team can use.

Components, variables, and tokens should help the team make better work with less guesswork.

Stay close to the build.

I prototype, talk through trade-offs with engineering, and pay attention to how the experience works beyond the design file.
