What I Learned During This Project

Observing real users struggle with existing logistics apps reinforced the need to simplify interfaces and prioritize clarity. This project taught me to listen more closely to user pain points and validate design choices through iterative feedback.

Working with cross-functional teams (developers, stakeholders, and operations staff) highlighted the value of clear communication. I learned that design is not just about aesthetics but aligning business goals with user needs to create seamless experiences.

Building for a logistics service in a growing market like Nigeria demanded solutions that could adapt. Incorporating features like multi-lingual support and modular design systems prepared the app for future expansions.

Features like real-time GPS tracking and delivery status notifications showed how small design elements can significantly boost user confidence and trust.
